By advertising on Punter Planet, you agree with us as follows:

You agree to Punter Planet’s Forum Terms & Rules, and acknowledge that advertising on Punter Planet does not grant you any rights or privileges, other than the ones stipulated by the advertising package you buy, as described on the page located here, and the ones derived from this agreement, if any.

Buying an advertising package represents your approval of these additional Terms and Conditions for Advertisers and of the Forum Terms & Rules.

Duration of Packages and Prices

All advertisement packages are for the duration stated on our website at the moment of purchase. We reserve the right to change our prices and/or the structure of our advertisement packages at any time. (It does not apply to active packages bought by you for their corresponding durations).

Refund Policy

Once payment has been made and the advert has been published online, no refunds are possible. Payments may be credited towards a different advert/s at our sole discretion.

Editing and Approval of Advertisements

All advertisements are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to reject any advertiser for any reason at our discretion. We reserve the right to edit and/or request advertisers to edit any advertisements and profiles for whatever reasons deemed necessary by us, including (but not limited to) legal, functional and aesthetic reasons.

Links to other directories are not allowed. Individual packages must be bought and used for one individual only; you may feature photos and details of another person (for example, a doubles partner), for as long as this other person also has an advertising package publicly available on Punter Planet. Photos with colour borders are not allowed. Animated photos (e.g. animated GIF or Flash files) are not allowed as part of your advertising profile.

Advertiser’s Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all laws in your jurisdiction including those pertaining to advertising. No advertiser may advertise any person under 18 years old, nor imply any person advertised is under the age of18. No advertiser may use our website for spam, or illegal activities including (but not limited to) the advertising of persons not able to work lawfully in Australia. We reserve the right to end without refund any advertisement in violation of these rules.

Copyright and Trademarks

We reserve the right to end any advertising without refund for copyright and/or trademark infringement by the advertiser. The copyright of all submitted materials must be owned by you, or you must be authorised to use them by the copyright owner of these materials.

Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to end without refund any advertising with information, photographs or videos that are purposely misleading.
